Uterus

Voila, never thought would see this; a uterine lymphoma!

UPDATE : AKB says this is endometrial stromal sarcoma. However, here's a case of stromal sarcoma I received. It looks distinctly different


Differentiating towards gestational endometrium, this is clear cell carcinoma. Look at the hobnailing.
