Some breast cancers
A nice, normal TDLU.
An indian file.
More indian files, and a cancerous lobule
A lobular carcinoma growing in a 'targetoid' fashion around two ducts. The duct itself is hyperplastic/ DCIS.
Indian files again.

Intraductal papilloma/ papillary DCIS (?). Please help.

Cribriform DCIS. Note the circular punched out holes and random arrangement of round nuclei, usually orthogonal to the long axis of the duct.
Papillary DCIS? Note the fibrovascular stalks.
From the same slide as above.
Apocrine carcinoma

Mucinous carcinoma
Medullary carcinoma; note the circumscription

More medullary carcinoma
And a carcinosarcoma; note the neoplastic stroma
A carcinoma growing into nerves
The varieties of DCIS you can get in one slide
Malignant phyllodes
Pagets disease of nipple expressing Her2
Normal estrogen receptors
Lobular carcinoma with perineural invasion
