Any takers?
A child with a 1 cm swelling, almost impalpable, in right arm. FNAC yields this.

Uterus
Voila, never thought would see this; a uterine lymphoma!

UPDATE : AKB says this is endometrial stromal sarcoma. However, here's a case of stromal sarcoma I received. It looks distinctly different
Differentiating towards gestational endometrium, this is clear cell carcinoma. Look at the hobnailing.
An endometrium showing glandular formations merging into neoplastic stroma, a carcinosarcoma (MMMT)

So expect my forthcoming blogs to get more sombre, dark and littered with pictures of broken hearts, empty stomachs, fatty livers and chronic kidneys (if at all I have time to blog).
