Difficult to comment on these photographs. As it is Lymphnode pathology is difficult and it requires an array of investigations and information. The possibilities I can suggest(purely my feelings about this lymph node)are:
1.progressive transformation of the lymph node?
2.Hyaline vascular type of castleman"s disease??
In the low power i can appreciate the follicles with germinal centres. periadenitis is present.I could nt recognise the mummified cells. Are there eosinophils and plasma cells? Please do reticulin stain.I am also thinking in terms of reactive change in lymphn node.
