A 70 year old man with pancytopenia and erythroif dysplasia in bone marrow.
Four? Five nuclei in an erythroblast

? Hemophagocytosis

Ring erythroblast and megaloblast

Binucleate erythroblasts

Dispersed chromatin

Giant multinucleate erythroblast
